Step 1: Kick Off Call

We get together on the phone so our team can learn more about your business. We will gather all the basics on your business and your books so we can figure out the best possible solution for your business.

Step 2: Evaluation

We’ll go away and carefully evaluate where your business is today. Don’t worry, we have a solution for everyone, no matter the current state of your books.

Step 3: QuickBooks Setup or Clean Up

Now the fun begins (for us at least.) We start working to get your books spic and span in QuickBooks Online.

Step 4: Re-Create Data

If required, we’ll re-create data and make sure you have everything you need for a set of complete and correct books.

Step 5: Final Review

We work with you to review everything to ensure you have exactly what you need. You can ask questions, find out how to improve accounting practices moving ahead and set a solid plan for the future.

Step 6: Move to Monthly Service

Now you are ready for monthly bookkeeping services. Each month we will gather your paperwork and we work our QuickBooks magic so you have the reports you need and all the information for your accountant!
